うらら高島は、本を読んだり、考えごとをしたり、誰かと語り合ったり。
ゆっくりとした時間を味わえる場所にしたいと思っています。

自分が読みたい本をもってきていただくのも良いですし、うららの本棚から偶然の出会いを楽しんでいただくのもいいなと思い、みなさんのお力を借りて「うらら図書館」を育てていきたいと考えました！

自分では手に取らない本でも、旅先の本棚にあったらちょっと開いてみるということもあるかもしれませんし、そうやって開いた本が、自分の心を動かしてくれることもあるでしょう。

が添えられていれば、選びやすいですよね♡

そこで、今回のイベントでは、みなさんのオススメ本を教えていただき、その中からいいなと思った本を蔵書に加え、おすすめ理由も添えて本棚に陳列しようと思います。

選ばれた人の中から抽選で1名様に、とってもおいしい京都のコーヒー屋さん、OOYA COFFEEさんのコーヒー豆（100g）をプレゼント！

📚 Building the Urara Library Together

At Urara Takashima, we hope to create a place where people can slow down and enjoy simple moments.

A place to read a book,
reflect on life,
or share meaningful conversations with friends.

Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own favorite books when you visit.

But we also love the idea of unexpected encounters with books waiting on the shelves.

Sometimes, a book you would never normally pick up can find its way into your hands while traveling.

And sometimes, that very book can move your heart in ways you never expected.

It’s even easier to reach for a book when someone has shared why they love it.

That’s why we’d like your help in growing the “Urara Library.”

For this project, we’d love to hear your book recommendations.

We’ll select books that resonate with us, add them to our collection, and display them on our shelves along with your recommendation and personal message.

As a thank you, one participant will be selected by lottery to receive a 100g bag of coffee beans from OOYA COFFEE, one of our favorite coffee roasters in Kyoto. ☕
